Can I order samples before making a full purchase?
Yes, we offer free samples for most of our flooring ranges. You can select up to three samples to be delivered directly to your home to help you visualize the texture and color in your own space.
How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
You should measure the length and width of your room and multiply them to get the square footage. We recommend adding a 10% 'wastage' allowance to cover cuts and installation errors.
What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer standard and express delivery across the UK. Most in-stock items are delivered within 3-5 working days. Large orders are typically delivered via a pallet service to your curbside.
Is your wood flooring compatible with underfloor heating?
Many of our engineered wood and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) products are suitable for use with underfloor heating. However, we always recommend checking the specific product specifications and installation guides for compatibility.
What is your return policy for unused packs?
We accept returns on unopened, resalable packs within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
Do you provide professional installation services?
While we do not provide in-house fitting services, we provide comprehensive installation guides for all our products. We recommend hiring a professional floor fitter for the best long-term results.
